Taser International Inc. has been voluntarily released from two wrongful death lawsuits and granted summary judgment in a third.
Plantiffs voluntarily dismissed Taser from the Zaragova v. Taser lawsuit in Superior Court of Sacramento County, Calif., as well as the Bolander v. Taser case in the U.S. District Court in Southern Florida.
A third lawsuit, Walker v. Taser in the U.S. District Court in Nevada, the court issued summary judgment for Taser, striking down the plaintiff’s expert witness testimony.
Scottsdale-based Taser has vigorously defended itself against wrongful death lawsuits and typically has the cases dismissed.

Pepper Spray-Effective Inexpensive Self Defense
